Not surprising, since inception, they were traded for booze, smokes, etc. Once it went digital, it was bound to happen, when they had the actual monopoly money it was harder to get away with huge scams like this. We (the people made a stink about this, to keep it very state funded and to keep up with the monopoly money and the tubs of peanut butter, flour, rice, pork and blocks of cheese. If someone wants to trade a block of cheese for case of beer, not the same thing as this scam.
