Here is my take from my days in law enforcement. Drunks do 90 mph and think theyre doing 30, weed smokers do 30 mph and think theyre going 90. Never had a car wreck where the cause was weed. Had plenty on pharma and alchohol usually mixed. Most smokers dont drink at the same time due to a thing called fade. But pills and booze has always been a thing.
