I'm not sure what's so puzzling about this to people. If someone's a Jew, they CANNOT believe that Jesus is who He said He was/is. Jesus Christ is anathema to Jews, period. So much so that a Pew survey from a few years ago found that Jews had more positive feelings towards Muslims than they did Evangelical Christians. Really opened my eyes. Jews feel no warmth towards Evangelicals because of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is Jewish kryptonite.
