Yeah I don't think 170/95 is healthy for anyone, especially a 70-yr old man. I think the 120/80 is just about right.
Doctors back then also advocated smoking.
140 is about right. That's what I have been seeing for most.
Way too high, a stroke in the making.
Know a lot of people in that range and healthy as a horse. I would not go higher than that though.
