Apparently he was arrested in Ventura County, which is much more conservative.

And jurors. The infiltration in L.A. is extremely high. Even the LAPD has been hiring illegals. But it seems he was arrested in Ventura County not L.A.

The operator of the LAScanner account, known for revealing ICE activity locations in Los Angeles, has shut down the account after claiming he was doxxed himself.
In a formal apology, he admitted that sharing ICE raid locations was wrong and apologized for putting lives at risk. He pleaded for privacy for his family, insisting they shouldn’t be targeted due to his actions.
“I won’t post ICE raid locations anymore,” he stated, adding that he has already contacted authorities and is cooperating as they investigate whether any laws were broken.
“If I’m found to have violated the law, I’ll fully cooperate and turn myself in,”

A source told the outlet, "The arrest may be related to his past doxxing of ICE agents, or his various parole violations such as possessing forbidden weapons or police scanners, which have been well-documented online." Another person who spoke to Inside Wire said that Quillin had been "accused of hacking DHS radios."
I can’t imagine that any law enforcement agency in California was allowed to arrest someone for doxxing ICE agents. That would interfere with voter fraud that benefits those in power, not to mention other types of fraud which is likely much, much more extensive than what has been uncovered in Minnesota.
