Nothing is stopping the massive nucleating toxic nano particle spray operations over our population centers and vast areas of the homeland. The weather service reports high PM2 and predicts cloudy skies when the only clouds are from spray injections.

If all the Governments in world no longer sprayed , we would still have chemtrails. They were in old movies, before jets existed. Also, if you watch the higher chem planes, sometimes they just disappear. I was on the Chembusters board over 30 years ago. Al Belic(sp) made Orgon producing devices in his garage for people to hit the cell towers with. We could tell which ones were causing problems using radar.

Those are contrails not chemtrails and they dont stick around. Contrails are just water vapor from the JP5,6,7,8 pr ehat ever iteration of fuel theure using. Jp os a diesel which holds quite a bit of water.
