Nothing is stopping the massive nucleating toxic nano particle spray operations over our population centers and vast areas of the homeland. The weather service reports high PM2 and predicts cloudy skies when the only clouds are from spray injections.

They supposedly passed a bill here in Florida that prohibits Chem Trails. Here in Central Florida, they have been spraying daily. What gives them the right to Chem Trail us?
I've been asking the same question. They should be noting the planes & the companies that are responsible for operating them then fining them according to the Bill that was passed.
