I believe that this is going to be a "STEPPED" OPERATION of going after the Major Ones First...THEY CANNOT GET AWAY...I do believe that ANY and ALL PEOPLES WHO HAVE COMMITTED HEINOUS CRIMES are being watched & evaluated as to when to be picked up without too much fanfare...Once the newsies are on the scene, the rotating oscillator will go to work full time and that is something that is not needed!!!!
