That passage once received and with the will of God the Holy Spirit will immerse (Baptize) the individual.

Many church fathers were arrested for public proclamations, “blaspheming” the word as it would seem to be by your definition.
The cops know what these people are doing. They're all about money. They want to get people to come to their community of members and go through some mumbo jumbo and be proclaimed saved of course in pledging to support the church with tithes and offerings.
