A lot of people are complaining about the fact the National Guard can’t go in? The ruling said he has to try with the regular army first! Lol this is going to be epic.

Have any sauce to go along with that statement?
Authorized wasn’t the right word, but here’s the ruling
The relevant section of the Supreme Court opinion in Trump v. Illinois (decided December 23, 2025) states:
"We conclude that the term “regular forces” in §12406(3) likely refers to the regular forces of the United States military. This interpretation means that to call the Guard into active federal service under §12406(3), the President must be “unable” with the regular military “to execute the laws of the United States.”
The US Marines are the presidents personal army. Send them in tell them to obey the presidents orders or else.
I don't know of a single Marine who would not follow Trump's, The Commander and Chief, orders.
Perhaps this is why the libs were trying to get them to disobey the President's orders.
Doesnt posse commitatus make "regular" forces "unable"? So national guard are used?
