Edit: I just watched this full video... Holy shit. Why would ANYONE install that shit!? I've been on Linux for over a decade so I had no idea how bad it had gotten. Once a user tries Linux Micro$oft will lose them forever. There is no one going from Linux to Windows.

Posting this from a 2010 Macbook Pro running Debian 13, with Openbox as my WM, completely put together piece by piece by yours truly. Slim, lean and MEAN. My one Windows machine is a dual-boot macOS/Win 7 Mini that doesn't talk to the outside world, and is for old school games and emulators.

Just put a 65yo on a new Mac mini ( because of Windows 10), have an 85yo on mint, no worries, pretty hands off for those of us supporting them, just works.
