Need Help with cancer protocol for cats.
🧐 Research Wanted 🤔
Sorry to bug people during the holidays, but my best friend’s cat was diagnosed with cancer, and I need to find a protocol for the cat. I’m familiar with human protocols, but I’ve never done one for an animal and I wanna make sure it’s correct before I recommend. I’m part of the Joe Tippins my cancer story rocks pets version on Facebook, but I know it’s hard to get people’s attention during the holidays. Please view the diagnosis in the comments below and get back to me if you have time. Thank you, and God bless. Merry Christmas. 🎄
If you try ivermectin, the dosage is 165 micrograms. That is very little. Overdosing is very bad.
For Fenbendazole: Fenbendazole is available in oral formulations under the brand names Panacur and Safe-Guard. Fenbendazole is available over the counter as single-use packets or by prescription from your vet in granule, liquid, chew, and capsule forms.
If the cat is eating, mix into the wet food. Again, overdosing is bad. Be careful.
I don’t know if it’s one time or repeated. More research would be required.
I am not a vet. I just have been here a while.
I would be very careful with ivermectin for cats. In fact i don't think i would use it.
Yes...I believe Fenbendazole is better.
Op can ask Joe Tippens directly on his site. Praying for this fur baby..🙏🤍
Thx fren 🙏
YW ... I'm praying 🙏🤍
I’m glad you mentioned this because I think you’re right about ivermectin not really being for cats. 🙏
Thanks for the info!
