Question: Aren’t boomers elders now? I don’t know of a generation called “Elders.”

Not really, as the previous generation is still alive in their 80s and 90s. I'm of the baby boom generation, but my father would be only 101 today, if he were still alive. My mother would be in her 90s. We are older, but not the "elders."
