Oh that makes me sick to think about ... new parents call around shopping for the cheapest daycare ... "Yeah, we have room." Parent drops off the child. Comes back later to pick up the child, the doors are locked, and the unhelpful Somali police say, "What can we do? The place is empty and the doors are locked?"
