There's so many people still under the "Orange Man Bad" spell. It would be nice if they would get the required cranio-rectal extraction procedure to see what's been happening to little kids long enough to break out of that, but apparently they're dedicated to going the "OMG, I didn't know!" route, followed by "why didn't anyone say something!" memory hole excuse.
