I think Bush is just a retarded puppet though; sure he knows a lot and did bad shit……but did he really pull any strings for his Pops? Or did he just agree to do whatever he was told and is a massive tard?? Maybe both lol.

I have a theory, without evidence though, that GHWB and Dick Cheney kept W in the dark until 9/11 happened, so he would be legitimately surprised when it went down. Only afterward did they fill him in. From that point, he was a blackmailed puppet. Just an opinion.
