Not many are racing to Israel to take advantage of this , why do you ask?
Because it’s predicated on supposed race and not historical inhabitation of the land
They mean every Israeli has an equal sociopolitical right to become Jewish and qualify for aliyah rights. I guess aliyah rights are not sociopolitical then, but I'm not sure of the exact pilpul used to explain that given the Israeli Constitution.
