Couple things on this:

1. wonder what would happen if voting were by household/married couple(+ minor kids), instead of each individual of voting age. Singles are their own household, so to speak, in this scenario. Bet that would spark some interesting conversations in the home and make it even more imperitive for men and women to align themselves correctly. **side benefit: this would decimate feminism overnight.
2. implement term limits for all govt politicians, and revoke any and all govt perks and benefits that normal citizens don't get. They should live under the same laws and financial circumstances as any other citizen. Vested retirement income for life is a joke, and an insult to the citizens they've so badly abused. See who runs and how people vote once their performance is inextricably tied to the life they will live once they go back home.
