Medical doctors are just trade school graduates who have convinced society that they are somehow worthy of all sorts of accolades and respect. The medical schools also seem to infuse them with undeserved arrogance. I'll trust surgeons for mechanical surgeries (like my artificial hip :) ), but when it comes to "curing" some disease, that's something they are incapable of, and will likely cause more problems during their "treatment".
