Did the White Hats do this to make it look like the CIA did it, maybe to cause internal strife? Did the CIA actually do it? Has Trump cleaned enough house to control all or part of the corrupt CIA? Is this a signal to the enemies of America, that the days of subversion are over and retribution is coming?
