It is worth noting: the alleged amount stolen is around 9 BILLION DOLLARS. The GDP of Somalia is about 12 Bil. The grifting in just one state approaches the production an entire country of Somalis.

Imagine the reverse: This is equivalent of sending 100,000 Americans people to Somalia and they steal around 22 TRILLION DOLLARS from their government.
