38 Trillion makes more sense now ,don't it,and it will all funnel back to the DEMOCRAT PARTY,THESE PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT and the Pubs are always clueless,it took Dodge to uncover most of this bullshit and all of Congress/oversight committee's should be utterly shamed/ridiculed/Disassembled into Oblivion .
