It's impossible to ""Pay Off"" because to o that, you have to pay in Specie, in like, in same Kind....

And the OWNERS of the Federal Reserve set it all up so that there's No Possible way to pay the Debt because of the Interest on the Money that's PRINTED, and at each and Every Transaction, even the ones that Never get Reported....
