We recently went to regional licensing centers which created exactly the clusterfuck that you would expect. I have to go next month for the first time since the change. I know it will be infuriating. I never put the puzzle together that it was to enable more fraud.

Ya when I went to get mine done it was like i was at a fucking UN council meeting. One guy BROUGHT A TRANSLATOR BECAUSE HE ONLY SPOKE FRENCHHHH.
