Optimism is healthy, however, realism is healthier. Until the perpetrators and the leaders are all held accountable this will continue to erode the system. Exposure is not enough, drafting more laws to close loop holes or changing directives, policies, and personnel is only a temporary fix. If these people aren't dealt with to the extreme they will only reorganize and return...with a vengeance. We're talking about millions of people and powerful organizations, for all the marbles. Eating popcorn and farting rainbows won't get it done.
