Since I first started posting on GAW, long before POTUS ever mentioned it, I have been telling my frens here what 2036 White Hat Time Traveler John Titor (177th Temporal Recon) articulated in 2001:
"In the future, there WILL be sales tax. But there WILL BE NO income or property taxes."

What we are seeing here, referenced in the OP, is what is necessary to make that possible.
