Convert every penny the govt. receives from taxes into a blockchain token with a unique identification. Call it a "tax token." Tax tokens can only be issued from the Treasury Dept.
Govt. spending transactions can only be done using tax tokens, exclusively. No cash.
Track every single tax token in real-time. Create public apps to be used on phones, computers, and such that allows every single penny of our tax dollars (tax tokens) to be tracked by people in the public, as that money is being spent. Time, date, locations, parties conducting transactions, receipts...everything.
How ya like the idea of tracking money now, Uncle Sam?
