If the Iranian regime falls, then Hezbollah, Palestinian Islamic Jihad and Hamas falls.
Al-Shabaab in Somalia and the Houthi rebels in Yemen will lose their Iranian support as well.

China may lose their supply of cheap smuggled Iranian oil. On the other hand, Europe can buy the Iranian oil, supporting the newly freed Iran while replacing the Russian oil they used to buy.
