It's from season 2 of Jack Ryan. I only watched season 1 because I heard that they made it into leftist nonsense as evidenced by this clip.

He's correct in what he's saying, but in typical Hollywood fashion, Venezuela is destroyed by the far right nationalist male and can only be saved by the social justice female. They just can't help themselves, lol.
