When that started happening to me (missing or multiple Ns or Es) I had to find a new keyboard for my almost 10 year old 2-in-1 home laptop. Example - My teeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeext would lok like I was dru k.
I had a Dell work laptop that did that many years ago too, and when Dell wouldn't swap the keyboard out (they actually told me to travel with a keyboard?!) I was able to test their great warranty. Turns out some corporations have such a good warranty with Dell that you could throw the laptop off a building or into a pool and it would be covered. Note - it doesn't take a very tall building.
