He has an e-book that is very inexpensive, that explains the basic philosophy behind it. The book is called the "owner's manual for the human body" and it took me about 40 minutes to read (I'm a fast reader, but my point is it's pretty short). The book is here: https://darkovelcek.wordpress.com/darkos-book/
The protocol is simple: I only eat meat and dairy, and I only drink water mixed with sea salt. No limits, no measuring. It sounds very severe, but the truth is it feels good ... If it was a challenge I would've stopped long ago. The initial transition is a challenge in that you are hungry until your body adapts (and shopping and meal planning feel awkward for a while, along with some social situations like potlucks). But after a couple weeks once the body adapts, your metabolism shifts, and hunger effectively disappears. It's strange that it disappears, but it does.
It's worth reading his intro and clicking through to some of his blog posts. It took me a month or two of reading and thinking before I started drinking salted water, and another month before I gave up carbs.
I don't personally seek out fats, but I don't avoid them at all. I added in that part because a lot of Darko's blog posts about neurological issues (Alzheimer's) mention that fats help, and I've observed that they do help people I've known with Alzheimer's.
I started drinking a lot of milk and I told my sister I will eat red meat, I used to eat fish chicken and bacon/ham some sourdough bread because I am extremely thin. I will read this book I dont take medications or take vaccines nothing chemical. Thank you for this information.
I follow a protocol called the SHP (self-healing protocol) developed by this guy, Darko Velcek. https://darkovelcek.wordpress.com/introduction/
