We should not care about the internal affairs of other countries. I don't care if the guy is a criminal, that's their problem, it should never be ours.

If he was only committing crimes against his own people, yes i agree.

But he was not just running narcotics and controlling cartels that terrorise Americans, but also interfering in US elections.
