Still a scam. Shelter is a fundamental human right we used to be able to make ourselves. Modern government and politics have made everything from the land, to the materials, to even the permission to build out of most people's hands. A place to live safely should not be a dream. That should be the bare minimum.
Also there's a lot about this that doesn't read right. So what happens to blocks of homes owned by investors whether they be globohomos or local flippers? Will they be forced to liquidate? Taxes and fines to cover the cost for normies buying?
