No, if you look at the video, he had drawn his gun on her, he was standing in front of her car. She refused to follow instructions, resisted arrest and chose to use her car as a weapon to evade arrest. She is dead because of her choice. These agitators were following the agents and interfering with their work, using their cars.
Ya it was a gnarly situation but I watched it over and over and he kinda just blasted her through her side window. I dunno like I really wanna be on the side of ICE here but geez it's not like he was in the middle of the front of the car and had to shoot her to stop her he was at best at the very corner of the car and then blasted her as she drove off. Like he would have been fine had he not shot her. Like she was already passing him as he blasted her in the side of the head. He didnt stop her either in fact she sped up as she died. Not a fan of the lady or what she was doing at all but seems like not very fair to kill her like that. I dunno just seems wrong. I didn't feel good watching it even though everyone says she deserved it. I feel icky
