President doesn't "override" He will veto the bill if it gets to him.
When/if he does Congress will not have the votes to "override his Veto"
But if the Senate can get the votes they can override the president's veto (which is the correct term if the senate "overrides" the president's veto. I certainly hope they don't have or can override the president's veto!
