Even WITH the subsidies, the major insurance companies are cutting care. I work for a home health company. Humana has been denying home health visits, denying paying claims for home health services and drastically reduced the number of initial visits approved. There has been no increase in pay per visit either.
I don't see any benefit in paying those leeches billions up front.
