Hi, I’m sorry you have been going through this. Links below are AI information on herbs that might help. Also look into essential oils good for respiratory health. If you need links to good companies or more information just ask. Also consider your diet. I have horrible allergies and they get worse if I eat sugar and carbohydrates. That’s just me, we all most likely have food intolerances. These are just my suggestions for experience and research. I’m not doctor or trained in natural medicine.
Thank you Brain and Moody I can’t eat carbs either, pasta and rice are the worst. I started drinking milk and then my problem began again, God bless you..
Dr Anthony Chaffee has good videos on diseases caused by food. He’s a neurosurgeon from America, lives in Australia. His platform is carnivore based. He’s done a lot of research on diseases caused by plants, cholesterol and other lies. On YouTube he has playlist dedicated to different topics. Most carnivore based doctors talk about this, but Chaffee is the only one I’ve found that provides sources. Try A2 milk or raw milk if you can get it. I’m not 100% sure that I don’t have allergies from milk. I haven’t tried raw milk. I’m trying to give it up. It’s strange how different foods affect us differently. I ate Mediterranean this week and brought home my leftover lamb to my husband. He was nauseous all night. I can’t eat lettuce and many vegetables. I had lamb, hummus and tabbouleh. I burped once and that’s it. Dill pickles, I love but they don’t love me. I think a big difference is the quality of the food. This is a local restaurant and not a chain. Good luck to you.
A2 is good for me but only the blue one, the red one made me real sick, raw milk no good though. Pickles 🥒 are acidic that’s why, I love them too but can’t eat them. The quality of food has to be super fresh or I am going to be in big trouble. Bread only sourdough and not all the time, no yeast no acidic things. Thank you for these details I will check that Doctor Chaffee to see what’s going on. God bless Brain
Your welcome. I can eat fresh bread & pizza from a true Italian restaurant. Sourdough is iffy, depends on the ingredients. I can eat my daughter’s we use King Authors brand flour. There’s probably better flour out there especially if it’s like European flour. They have very strict rules on flour and bread. Check out the video about bread & flour. That’s interesting about A2 red which is whole milk. That’s what it is with the brand I buy. I basically eat carnivorous most days for the past two years. I’ve been slack and eat what I know isn’t good for me. I’m trying to get stricter. For the past few months I couldn’t eat a fried egg. It tasted bad and made my stomach hurt. I have fried in butter the past two years. I used tallow last week and didn’t have stomach issues. Halfway through it tasted bad. It’s weird I can eat a boiled egg with out any incident. I’m wondering if the butter is 100% real. I know the eggs are good. I’ve bought them from a local lady that raises chickens. Take care
