CVS needs broken up. This is the blurb Google gave me when I asked "what all does CVS do":

CVS Health is a massive healthcare company offering retail pharmacy, insurance (Aetna), pharmacy benefits (Caremark), and a vast array of health services through its stores, including walk-in clinics (MinuteClinic) for vaccinations, acute care (colds, flu, injuries), chronic condition management, mental health support, and virtual care, plus photo services and general retail goods, all aimed at convenient, accessible health and wellness.

They own too many pieces of the healthcare pie - Health Insurance, Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM), retail (and way overpriced) pharmacies, and actual clinics.

The government usually breaks companies like that up into pieces.

Note - I absolutely HATE CVS, but that doesn't change the truth.
