Keeping dual citizens out of power would be a great start. The problem with policing dual-ideology is it starts to get into policing thought crime territory.
Yeah well........I think that there would be "clear signs" of support for a foreign nation that would be enough to justify their exile. Such as anyone professing love publicly for another nation....immediate disqualifier for life, and then some!
