Polis has an interesting backstory and has been completely out of the spotlight nationally.
Jewish, homosexual, "married", Democratic member of the Liberty Caucus, Carol Swain protege, very wealthy w/many businesses, pro Bitcoin, pro raw milk.
Part of the gang of four billionaires pushing to turn the state Democrat: Pat Stryker, Rutt Bridges, and Tim Gill.
Maybe someone local to Colorado can give a read on him. He may honestly be a Libertarian goofball.
