Look like a lot of unverified claims. We only used it on small cuts and skinned knees.
It's an essential nutrient. Love the stuff. Makes you want to drink the glass of water in one drink. To me that says my body loves it. Helps shed extra pounds. I drink some every few days, few drops in a glass of water. Give it to my kids. Use it to clear up foot fungus (some drops on a washcloth every night for a few weeks).
Go with the lugols brand
The nascent iodine I've been taking is Lugol's but I'm using J. Crow's brand. Is that one good? I just recently read an article about Iodine and the author said J. Crow's is of low quality and shouldn't be used. I honestly don't have any issues with it and I'm seeing positive results with J. Crow's but I'm wondering if that claim is true and which one you're using?
Yes I have both - the J Crows is actually what I take every day as well - I'll have to look into the quality question but seems pretty good to me. Sure smells like iodine and tastes like it too! lol
