AI is a research tool. It helps you do incredible amount of research very quickly while providing sauce for every claim that you can evaluate yourself.
But you have to verify the facts for yourself just like everything else AI does.
I see so many "drive by" post here, (posts that have a headline with no information or a short sentence, with no real effort or thought put into it.). I ignore them. Probably miss out on a lot of good information because of it. But there are also tons of other well written, well thought out posts here , including those "copypasta" posts. If someone uses AI to summarize, or give a synopsis of, a video , for example, I am all for it. Saves me lot of time and helps me decide if it is a topic that I am interested in.
I use AI to summarize lengthy articles, podcasts and videos. I find it especially useful for the scribings of some patriots who take great pleasure in using obscure words and "gilding the lily".
I read that when it came out. Didn't consider it was AI generated.
Here's what I got out of it:
In Kosovo, his (Bill Clinton's) administration argued that sustained bombing didn't count as "war" as long as U.S. troops weren't taking casualties. That semantic dodge created the gray zone presidents still operate in today.
Which caused me to reflect that "this from the man who educated America on the multiple definitions of "is", blow jobs and cigar holders.
I agree this site is supposed to promote critical thinking and letting the computer think for you seems like it is counterproductive

...ban it from here except in very small doses...
...I am not a fan of AI produced literature...
I prefer it,in place of watching long ass videos.
If you have time to write novels go ahead.

Would you provide an example of what you are referring to please?
And what is factually wrong with that post?
