Maybe Netflix thought they might get problems if they named the real base so they created the fake name "Creegan" which as you say does not exist. But the real base is really there and very much active. Submarines are also manufactured not too far away across the border in England.
Netflix is right about why Scottish Independence is not allowed by London, which is a shame because Scotland is a drain on us English taxpayers and I would like to see them gone.
As an American much like our current POTUS, I am of Scottish lineage and I couldn’t agree more on Scotland (and Ireland’s ) independence!!!!
However, that aside, my argument was making reference to the U.S. Subbase Holyloch, which I perceived to be the topic in that silly Netflix show is shutdown now. I don’t watch Netflix, so my bad. I’m fully aware of the British Nukes and sub fleet, but wasn’t aware of their exact locations. I’m surprised (tongue in cheek) that they have the Nukes in Scotland and not on their own sovereign soil south of Hadrians wall??? Who decided that?
