Check out the Dr. Berg youtube about making homemade yogurt using L Reuteri and L Gasseri. Omg, I have never tasted such good stuff in my life, and if made thinner then it is of course kefir! I use stevia and you could make the absolute nectar of the Gods level kefir by adding fresh organic peach or strawberry puree. Seriously the most delish and smart stuff I have ever made. Imagine it made with raw whole milk.
I drink Kifir also but it's made from 1% milk that is pasteurized, I remember when I was 9 we had whole milk and was delivered in glass bottles and put on our porch and sweet milk that I still remember. I think they are referring too unpasteurized whole milk because you still can buy whole milk.
Almost thought it said raw milk. I drink Kifir. Should I try whole milk or stick with what I’m doing?

Whole milk tastes waaaay better to me than anything else.

When i was a kid growing up in East Texas we had our own Jersey cow and we milked her every day. Best milk ever.
