Are you on an desktop or a phone?
If you're on the phone and you hit those three lines at the very top and the menu drops down you'll see at the very bottom settings and a gear.
No settings button available on 3 lines choices.
Under somebody's comment or your own hit the Deport button and then Mark it as other and you can type it there and say I had no other way of getting a hold of you.
If you want I can support you and put the problem that you're having and they will do it from there you let me know.

If you hit the magnifying glass at the top and then scroll all the way down and you'll see all the moderators that are there and below their names it says message moderators. See if you see that.
