Since weather conditions; as well as limitations imposed by tariffs, primarily affecting packaging; are the primary causes one would do well to consider the advise. Many of us already have some stockpiled food but a great many not so much. Don't forget second amendment supplies as hungry people are not necessarily rational and one must be prepared to protect you and yours.
