Minnesota Guard, not Nat'l.

Seems to me like Tampon Tim is putting units on alert, trying to get ahead of possible arrests of him and his AG and the rest of his conspirators. He's hiding behind escalating tensions and the recent low court unilateral ruling limiting ICE & Fed interactions and responses to violent protestors violently protesting.
