I agree but they would still have the thoughts/desire, they may not be able to rape with their 🍆 but will find another object to rape with and most likely kill their victim.
When I was in junior high (long time ago), my friend's little sister was raped by a guy in one of my classes (freaking weird ass dude, you could just feel creeped out by him) had to sit next to him in class. He raped that little girl by the railroad tracks with a stick and then killed her. And that was back in the beginning of the 80's. Not saying this is the same thing exactly, because I doubt, he had his 🍆 removed, but maybe he couldn't get it up, so to speak.
I hope he got life without parole. But these days, they're so soft on crime these creeps get out after a few years. How tragic for the little girl's family! I don't think there's any way they could ever come to terms with something like that.
And he was arrested? Where was the father and his buddies? Sometimes the trash needs to be taken out without the authorities being involved.

Poor child. Child rapists should be...sentenced to involuntary removal of certain parts...
