Magistrate judge rejects charges against Don Lemon over anti-ICE protest in Minnesota church

The Justice Dept. suggested independent journalist Don Lemon could be charged after he was seen in video of a protest inside a church in St. Paul on Sunday.

Yeah, but it was because he is considered a "journalist" so it wasnt like the magistrate was just singling him out to protect him. I dont consider him a journalist but thats why he is not being prosecuted.

Doesn't matter if he's a journalist or not. Journalists are not allowed to violate peoples' civil rights and constitutional rights to worship by trespassing on private property and refusing to leave when ordered to simply because they are journalists.

This better be appealed TODAY!!
