He presented a dangerous situation to officers by carrying a gun. Again, it doesn't matter if he didn't bring it out, just having it is a threat to the safety of law enforcement, so their actions are justified. The 2nd amendment was never about allowing people to recklessly endanger law enforcement. That might rub 2A people the wrong way, but we know that President Trump is making the right call here, so it is our duty to back him up on this.
